Pet Boarding: A Typical Day

Dogs

Every morning, we start the day by taking the dogs outside for an outdoor run and fresh air before breakfast. When the pups are outside, we clean and disinfect their kennels and stocked them with fresh linens.

Depending on your dog's physical ability and capacity, we will take them for a walk on a regular schedule.

Your dog will also be supervised the entire time they stay with us – both during walks and while they rest. In the evening, we serve them dinner and take them on one last walk before bedtime.

Cats

We will feed your cat based on your specifications and their requirements, to make sure their routine stays the same as it is at home.

We give every kitty daily one-on-one time (if they want it!) including play, snuggles, and pets. We check, clean, and disinfect litter boxes periodically during the day.

On top of this, we refresh linens their linens and clean your cat's room daily. Our cat boarding area is kept separate from the dog area to make sure your feline companion feels comfortable and safe during their time with us.

Medical Pet Boarding

Our qualified veterinarians and nurses will supervise your pet, administer their medications and watch over them closely. Any medications your companion needs will be administered following the same schedule they are used to at home.

  • How should I prepare for my pet's stay?

Every pet is different. To get ready for your pet's stay with us, we'll take the following steps to make sure we are able to meet their unique needs.

Step 1: Contact us to get started

Call us to book, and to discuss details about your pet and your boarding needs. Someone from our team will be glad to manage your booking.

Please note that, due to the nature of our accommodations, we do not accept unaltered dogs. Pets must be up to date with all vaccinations and free of fleas and ticks to stay at our facility.

Step 2: Book a trial stay

We want to be completely confident that we are a great fit for your cat and dog before an extended stay. The trial stay consists of a full day of daycare where we can take the time to assess your pet's temperament and make sure they fit in with the pack.

Step 3: Set your pet up for success

When you drop your pet off with us, there are several things you can do to help reduce any stress your pet may feel.

Spend some extra time with your pet beforehand, and make sure they get lots of exercises so that they are feeling calm. When you arrive at our facility, stay calm, cheerful, and confident during the separation.
