Accreditation

Island Pet Hospital is a Nevada Licensed Animal Hospital in Northwest Las Vegas.

Our doctors are federally accredited to sign health papers for travel.

Our doctors are members of The Nevada State Veterinary Association, and the American Veterinary Medical Association.

USDA and APHIS official papers, testing, and reports are done routinely for all non-domestic animals. Inspections of animal premises and written evaluations to better animal health and comply with the Animal Welfare Act.

Dr. Goldman also has special interests in working and displayed big cats, ruminants, birds, and reptiles. He is a member of the American Association of Zoo Veterinarians.  He has completed AAZV Master Classes on Fish Medicine and Surgery, and is a local resource for pond owners.  Also: Certification in Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation, Dairy Cattle Artificial Insemination.
